Holiday Support Walk & Talk

Join us for our Holiday Support Monthly Walk & Talk, where we’ll take a break from the holiday hustle to enjoy some fresh air, movement, and community connection. We'll meet inside at Ebony and Ivory where you can grab a hot beverage before we head out to walk. The plan is to walk towards St. Martin's University and then loop back and check out the Holiday Lights at Huntamer Park. Please bring flashlights/headlamps if you have them.

This walk isn’t just about getting outside—it’s an opportunity to check in with yourself and others as we navigate the season together. As we walk, we’ll have open conversations about nutrition, mental health, fitness, and any challenges you may be facing during the holiday season.
