About this Event

Join us for a heartfelt weekly online Food Recovery Group where we'll dive into Kari Anderson's workbook based on her inspiring book, food, body & love. This support group is all about creating a safe and supportive space to heal your relationship with food and your body.

About the Book: food, body & love

In food, body & love, Dr. Kari Anderson shares her personal journey of overcoming struggles with food and body image. She combines refreshing honesty with her professional expertise to explain why we often turn to food for comfort and how to break that cycle. This book offers practical advice and heartfelt insights to help you move from self-criticism to self-love.

What You Will Learn:

  • How childhood experiences can shape your eating habits
  • The basics of polyvagal theory and how it can change your life
  • Ways to calm your nervous system and reduce stress eating
  • Mindfulness techniques to improve your relationship with food
  • How to find peace and safety through a spiritual connection
  • Tips for loving and accepting yourself at every size and stage

With Kari Anderson’s book as our guide, you'll receive valuable insights and practical strategies to understand and change your eating behaviors. This group is a chance to connect with others on the same journey and get the encouragement you need.
